 Important Instructions:

• Aadhaar registration of the candidate is mandatory.
• It will be mandatory to bring original photo identity card, PAN card, identity card in the drive organized by MPESB. As an original photo identity card, the candidate can select any one of Voter ID card, Aadhar Card, Passport etc. UIDAI E-Aadhaar will be valid only after it is verified by UIDAI. In the absence of original photo identity card, the candidate will be debarred from appearing in the examination.
• In addition to the original identity card as prescribed in the rule book, it is mandatory for the candidate to bring his/her Aadhaar card/photocopy of e-Aadhaar card/Aadhaar number/Aadhaar VID information.
• Multi-level biometric verification is mandatory at the time of entry and during the examination. Therefore, the candidates whose Aadhaar number is locked cannot appear for the exam.
• Make sure to get the Aadhaar unlocked before appearing at the examination center on the date. Candidates will be allowed to enter the examination center till the reporting time for the examination. Candidates coming late after this will not be eligible for admission.
• Use of electronic devices like mobile phones, calculators, log tables, digital clock and copying papers etc. is completely prohibited in the examination room.
• Candidates can get their admit card for online examination only through online application number. Therefore, it is important to keep the application form number safe, the entire responsibility of which will be on the applicant.
• At the examination centre, the applicant should bring a black ball point pen and the admit card downloaded from the Board’s website for entry into the examination hall. It is mandatory.
• After the commencement of the examination, no candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall till the completion of the examination.
• While filling the application form, none of the certificates of the candidates will be examined by MPESB and will be examined by the concerned department during the appointment process.
• Therefore, the eligibility of the candidates in the computer based online examination will be completely provisional.
• In case the posts of the department are executive, there will be no provision of exemption from examination for the candidates belonging to primitive tribe (Baiga, Saharia/Saharia and Bharia) for recruitment. Those candidates should apply online for the examination as Scheduled Tribe candidates. (In such a situation, all the clauses of the rule book related to Baiga, Saharia and Bharia will be considered valid.)
