• Post and Category wise number of candidates @ 05 (five) times of advertised vacancy, shortlisted for next stage of recruitment process ie Documentation and Detailed Medical Examination (DME)/Review Medical Examination (RME), in order of merit of marks of written examination (CBT) and as per provisions of advertisements mentioned at Para- 12(III) for the post of Sub-Inspectors (Draughtsman, Communication & Staff Nurse Female), Para-12(IV) for the post of Head Constable (Communication) and corrigendum issued dated 28.02.2024 thereof, are as under :-
• Where equal marks have been obtained by the candidates in written examination (CBT), the following method/tie principle has been adopted for preparing merit and shortlisting of candidates in accordance with provisions of advertisements:- (a) Candidates securing more marks in the Part-II (Technical Subject) has been ranked higher. (b) In case where, marks mentioned at (a) are also equal, candidate senior in age has been ranked higher. (c) In case, date of births are also the same, then the candidates have been given priority based on the alphabets of their names (in dictionary pattern) i.e. A- first, B- second, C- third etc.
• Documentation and Detailed Medical Examination (DME)/Review Medical Examination (RME) for the post of Sub-Inspectors (Draughtsman, Communication & Staff Nurse Female) is scheduled at SHQ, SSB, Gorakhpur, FCIL Complex, Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh PIN-273007. Admit card for Documentation and Detailed Medical Examination (DME)/Review Medical Examination (RME) are being issued to shortlisted candidates shortly. Candidates are advised to visit SSB recruitment website ic www.ssbrectt.gov.in regularly for latest update regarding date of Documentation and Detailed Medical Examination (DME)/Review Medical Examination (RME).
